Trouble downloading xClient

Hi,

I've been inactive on x22 for a quite a long time, until now.
My previous laptop was broken, so I couldn't play any games.

But now I've got a new laptop for 2 weeks already.
Today I cam back from my vacation in Italy and felt like subscribing to xInstanthook for BF4.
So I bought it through Paysafecard, then I went on to downloading the xClient, I noticed that I did not have the privileges to do that.

Can a moderator/admin help me out with this?

I've bought cheats in the past, so that makes me a customer right?
