Payment issues and x22 CS:GO license withdrawal

Hi, I was trying to buy CS:GO x22 and because my first payment got rejected because I wouldn't put my real name and such, I sent another and chargebacked the first, but the problem is that after I bought the second, it worked for a while, but then when the refund came back from the first, I got my license taken out. Now I bought a third, and sent a chargeback for the second, and same shit happened, I don't currently have the x22 CS:GO eventhough I have payed for it 2 times, I just need my license back and the other payment refunded, thanks.

To clarify, I never chargebacked in the intent of avoiding paying for the cheat, I was having problems receiving my license, and had to pay multiple times, eventhough I only wanted a single copy of xInstant CSGO.
I hope someone can help me, there's still zero licenses on my account, and 2 payments of 1 month that went through, so I've payed 30 euros for nothing as the time being, and it needs to be fixed.

Is it possible to just reroll all these payments and then I'll make a new one? Or what should I do. I was 2 days on the support IRC trying to get some answers but none were given, whole chat was just afk.

I just sent my last attempt to chargeback the 3rd payment, then I'll maybe create a new account and re-try the purchase. Thanks for the help, eventhough I didn't feel like the support was very helpful especially at first.
