No, it uses VAC, but in some leagues you have to use x-ray, too

It's and Anticheat which takes screenshots and checks the processlist ;)

Maybe x22 is gonna proof it for XAC, but it depends on which "leagues" it will be used. I heard clanbase is using something else now (UAC?).
