1. Light package includes a package for just a specific series (Such as the BF series or CoD series). Multimix package is a mix of 5 different cheats that you can pick.

2. As mentioned above they will remain active until the 31st of August.

Yes it is possible. There is no limit on free HWID resets. The system automatically decides if it's free or not. The "one time free reset" is only valid within 24 hours of purchase date in case you need one at such a time, otherwise the system handles them.
