My paypal account is fully verified and I keep getting this message?

I used it to buy a poor *** cheat earlier in august (along with countless other things) and they use an identical payment system however I was not rejected - what's up?

you should contact paypal and ask whats up they should be able to help you out

You have to verifie your paypal account. Un-verified ones can only send a certian amount of money per month.
