Problem with my e-mail...

Hello, first of all, im not sure im posting this in the right section, and i say sorry in advance becouse my English sucks...

Okay, I had the "remember login information" on this site (even tho i didnt remember what password i set), and i bought the 1 month CS:GO hack subscription 3-4 months ago and had a blast for 1 month!, now i wanna have "a blast" again, but when i bought the hack again ( 1 month ) I have to login with my account name and password with the hack loader, and i dont remember the password ( Like i said ).
So what i did, was go to the forum homepage, and pressed "logout" and then was going to press "recover password" thingy, and i did, but i dont get any information sent to me on my e-mail, and Yes, its the right information and so on... I dont think im doing anything wrong, and if i am, please tell me what im doing wrong :p
Like i said, i paid for the 1 month CS:GO hack today, but i cant use it. Please someone help me.
( This is a different account, i had to make a new one since i didnt get the e-mail thingy, greatfull for an answer of any kind! )

uhm.... okay, suddenly i was just logged on on this account.... well okay..... ill try if i can login on the loader when i get back from work... strange.....

EDIT :
Still think its strange when i dont recieve anything on my e-mail.... but i guess i might know the password now, but im 100 % sure i tried the same password 1000 times last night and it didnt work... Oh well, ill try, thanks anyway, ill reply here if i cant login on loader...
