Banned forever?

Today, I logged on with a message saying that I've been banned forever and there was no reason specified...
My account name: f.fallen

I would like some insight if you're not gonna give me reasons when banning...

You got probably automatically banned for using some sniffers like Wireshark, but it's just my guess.
If you what to make sure what was the reason, contact Deadfreak555 and ask him.

Wow... Seriously, I never heard of such thing, yes, I was actually sniffing with wireshark but not x22 (no, I didn't have wireshark open the same time I opened x22 but I had it installed)

I did, I also PM'd him, but no reply so far. This is getting frustrating, since I literally re-activated my subscription today... and it said if the payment is fraud it will be refunded, so I didn't get a refund... So clearly, gotta be some other error...

Well, let me guess, your support must be worse than Steam's, 24hrs passed, yet no respond from Deadfreak.

I would like a refund cause I didn't get to use my fucking subscription that I bought yestarday, thank you.

You won't get a refund. You tripped our protection system and if it happens again the ban will remain. I have unbanned the account.
