CS:GO Cheat, Questions before i purchase. (Urgent)

Are this cheat undetected on MatchMaking if i dont cheat obsiviously?
And what are this cheat status now? cannot see that because i dont have acces to that section, also i wanna know how soon cheat will be usually updated when it gets detected?

CS:GO cheat is Undetected.. VAC3 supported.. but for Matchmaking you need follow some Hints / Guides which is in VIP Section, which is available only for customers
