Multimix package lifetime

I bought today the multimix package lifetime for the following hacks:

- Call of duty 4
- CS GO
- BFBC2
- BF4
- Team Fortress 2

Unfortunately, I still can't access for the forum sections nor see the hacks available in the client.

I've waited the 1 hour time.

The funds aren't back on my cards.

When I check the page: my cheats, I can see my package mentioned over there.
