Error: Username Incorrect

Hey everyone, i have two problems basicly.
First of all it dosent seem like i can purchuse the CS:GO hack atm for some odd reason.
Secound of all, when i try to start the Loader.exe i get error message " Error: Username Incorrect " But it is the correct Username, and the correct password aswell.
ANyone have the same problem? Anyone have the solution for this "problem"?

Well, do i have to be a custumer to even start the loader?
And i get this message when purchusing
Severity: Error
Error code: 10486
Reason: This transaction couldn't be completed.
Additional: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.

EDIT: And it dosent seem like i can pay with anything else then PayPal.

EDIT2: Wow, im so stupid, had to change the card on paypal to the NEW ONE >,<

EDIT3: Now im a custumer, but i still get the "Username Incorrect" thing.

Contact the PayPal support.

And yes, you need a active subscription in order to log into the xClient..

I have a subscription now, but still the same, re-downloaded and everything

You had to wait for the system to sync. It has always been like this.
