Cannot order CS:GO cheats

I'm trying to buy CS:GO cheats for lifetime but when i'm redirected to Paypal and i'm logged, I got the following error:

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

The Halloween sale is ending today. I think it will take some time so the sale will be removed when I will take the pack so I would like to get the same discount as Halloween sale when I will buy it because it's not my fault if this don't work actually, is that possible? If everything looks good for this cheat, I will take the multipack cheats later. It's not Paypal fault because I did a order on another website for a game and it worked at 100%. I really hopes you will accept to make the Halloween sale for some other days.

No, you won't if you're too late.

By the way it's a problem on your side. Make sure your PayPal account is verified / has enough funds. If you still have problems, contact the PayPal support.
