You don't need patchguard and you have to open in this order: the exe -> steam -> the game.
If you can't acccess on Bios you are unable to use stealth injection. But it is working without it. Its for extra security.

I just start .exe enter my login and pass then just turn game on and then just play?
And I dont get vac banned until I get overwatched?

Y. Your Steam will close automaticly. You will need to login again. After just start the game and have fun. But you should go on a private server and setup your settings! Otherwise you will start with "rage-settings" and its pretty obv haha. Just dont aim the whole time on walls and dont kill people atm unscope with your awp. :DD
