CS:GO - One question about the hack

Hello, I´ve used this hack like 3 months ago but i didn't use it since because it felt wrong. My question is, is there any way valve can backtrace my account and ban me for it? I completly uinstalled the cheat, but DEP is still off and I've heard rumours that valve will update the game so it will force me to turn it on to play. Is it safe to turn it on now ( Last time I used the cheat was 3 months ago).

After this time? Most likely no, if you want to be sure, flush your Steam config but that isn't necessary.
