Can't send payment

Hello,

I'm in the UK and currently attempting to send a payment of 25 euros but is asking me to add a credit/debit card to my PayPal account - is there a way to pay with just funds in PayPal without having to add a card?

I only want to pay for a single payment - not subscription based.

EDIT: I do have enough funds, I've put £25GBP into my account which is equivalent to 32 euros.

Make sure that your account is verified.

Account is verified with both mobile & email.

EDIT: Fixed this - for some reason the money was in 'processing'.
