does the APB cheat work on russian version ?

As far as I know, it does only work with the G1 version.

i know there has been some issue with frost blocking all injections, afaik they don't do that anymore since there are hacks for another innova's games like Lineage2, thats why i'm curious.

It works only with the G1 version and the cheat for it works perfectly fine. :)
