Modren Warfare 3 Cheat

Hello, I have a few questions about the mw3 cheat. I am on Windows 8.1 64 bit.

-When was the last time this cheat got detected?
-Do I have to disable anything on my OS in order to use the cheat, I have many problems while trying to get pass secure boot.

You just need to disable UAC, thats actually it.
