with the xClient in a folder along with all the .ini's
create a shortcut for the xClient on the desktop (or where ever you desire)
download the icon,
right click on the shortcut > Properties
click on 'Change Icon'
navigate to this icon you have downloaded,
click on it, Apply it, OK it etc

wallpaper u can find in google. I got blue cos i add blue color to it. Icons at the bottom its ObjectDock, but i made that icons for myself. U can find similar on web too, but its better to make cos u know better what u really want, don'tcha.
