Aim Angle: Depends on the angle. Low angle: aimbot reacts to enemys slightly to the left or right infront of you.
No Recoil: as it says, no recoil. Recoil Control System: Helps you spray with more ease.

You are paying for a VIP forum access. The cheat is just an extra. So yes, you'll be able to enter the private forums.
