You only need that if there are no funds on your PP account. They are used in Online Banking.

there are alot of ways.
like passing it through from your bank account, a deposit on your paypal account.
you can bind your VISA/mastercard card to it, like i did.. lots of options

yes, if you have a bank account you can go to your bank and deposit money to your paypal account.
it's explained on paypal.
go to the tab where it says you can add money, and theres smth like a tutorial, saying what you have to do to get it deposited on your paypal account

I'm not sure but I heard that you can go to the bank and transfer money to your paypal account. If that doesn't work you have to get a credit card registered on your paypal.

This is from my knowledge, other people probably know more.
