If I buy the multimix package and choose bf4 and csgo and 3 other games, and in the future get sick of the other three games, can i exchange the value of these games with other games with the same value? or once I buy the 5 games, I can not change anything in the future?

If you buy a Multimix Package you have to choose your cheats now and you cant exchange them in the future.

The xRadar is no more available. xRadar is only released in the early days of the cheat and is getting updated soon after to a xInstanthook, but you will the get the upgrade for free.
