Battlefield Hardline No Spread feature question

Hi,

i´m interested in purchasing the Battlefield Hardline hack, especially for the "no spread" feature. My question is, does this feature really disable the spread on the weapons or is it just removel of the sniper sway?
And what does "no shaking" mean in that regard, spread has nothing to do with the visual movement of the weapon, so i´m a bit confused, what this feature really does.
