There is no extra settings required to play in ESL/AEQ. The hack has a screen shot cleaner so you can use ESP in ESL/AEQ as well.

There are threads in the CSS section about settings for legit play in CSS, but you get access to that after you purchase the cheat. Also there are some tips as well for playing on some server, etc.

But as i have said, you get access to this after you purchase the cheat.

yes you can. x22 has his own screenshotcleaner, that u will not see anything on screenshots, which are made by aequitas.
