can't get into paypal

hey, im trying to get redirected to paypal when i checkout but i only gets this msg, it works fine when i try to login to my paypal when im net getting redirected by x22.


A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10486
Reason: This transaction couldn't be completed.
Additional: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.

try again or contact PayPal support

make sure you have a stable connection while using paypal

also contact their support and ask what's wrong
