Purchase failed but Paysafecard is empty

Hey,
i bought a 3 month CS GO Hack right from the front page i entered my user name and password and clicked buy now then. I payd with Paysafecard and that worked (the paysafecard is empty ) but I dont have acces to the x22 Client and nowhere stands that i have bought your product on my profile... please help. : (

It might take 1-3 hours for the money to be available again. Retry it after that.
If the payment failed the funds will be returned to the card. Simply check your PaySafeCard balance.

Thanks for the fast answer I will wait some hours now hope its working then... in a normal purchase can you download the client right after the purchase ?

You have to wait up to one hour until you can log in.

Yeah the Paysafecard was refilled so i could buy it again i will wait 1h now thank you for your help. : )
