Question: Detection history of the Battlfield Cheats?

I want to buy the multimix package with the three battlefield cheats Battlefield 3&4, Hardline and the COD:MW3+Advanced Warfare cheat.
Just wanted to ask you if anyone here knows anything about their last detection, ty!

What do you mean with that? There never was an offical detection but some users got banned?
