Question regarding down-time

Hello there! I plan to buy a 3 month membership to the H1Z1 cheat this week, but there is one thing I wish to know before doing so.

I was wondering how down-time is handled with the cheat. If I buy 3 months I'm wondering how days where my subscription and cheat are useless are reimbursed. Common practice seems to be reimbursing every 24 hours the cheat is down.

We do only reimburse time if the cheat is a week down or longer.
