My brother has a credit card and he would buy x22 tomorrow for me. But he hasn't a paypal account.If he join paypal tomorrow can he buy x22 tomorrow or must he wait ?

You can register with paypal, add a credit card. Then purchase x22 cheats with paypal using your credit card that has been added to your paypal account.

This is far better then transferring money from your bank account to your paypal account since this is a week plus.

By adding a credit card to your paypal account, you can purchase right away.

By the way, after he is done purchasing the cheat, make sure you download xClient and RUN xClient FROM YOUR PC. You will have to wait an hour after purchasing the cheat before you can log in to xClient.
