My review to the xInstantHook v3.0 for CS: GO.
Aimbot: The Aimbot works perfectly, you can decied what bone to aim at, but do not forget to enable No Spread and No Recoil for the Aimbot to work! The weapon cofig gives you the best options for any weapon. So: 9/10
ESP: The ESP works good, configurable colors, but sometimes it's a bit annoying that the bounding box of the enemys only appears when you are close enough to them.
So: 8/10
Misc:
No Flash and no Smoke work perfectly. So: 10/10
So overall a very good hack: 9/10
