hey guys i want to buy the xPacKage for lifetime but just a simple qustion :s

uhh when i go to the cheat main page *any cheat* there is this VIP thing with pricing details so do i have to buy like 2 times? like one for the package and one for the vip cheats idk thing :P kinda confused here
