Need help with tera na !!! Cmon guys i know anyone can help me xd

I get ban on Tera NA and now i get my " computer ban " i dont know what to do , i realy need help to play it again xD i already try vpn , change my volumeID Etc etc, etc,etc

Any guy expert on this kinda of tings can help me? tkx guys i hope someone can help me with this trouble :/
