Somebody hack my EMAIL and change password

Hi , guys, i write you from fake account) One week ago i saw that my password from ORIGINAL acc was changed . I can't join to xClient and to site .
I know that xClient tied to my HWID , i know the last password , but i can't join to EMAIL , and support can't help me .
What i should to do ?

I try recover with LostPW option . But i can't join to email .
What about HWID password recover , or other ways ?
