Bought subscriptions but don't have one

So my problem is, i bought a subscriptions, 10 Minutes ago and i have no active subscriptions, dose it take a time to activate or is that an error?

For more Infos, i bought the PS2 one Month pack for 14,95€ with two 10€ PaySafeCards and i got no subscription and the 14.95€ are gone
