I don't know where you get the idea that PP takes 5 mins, firstly you have to provide a heap of personal details and proof of id, address blah blah nd the takes 1-3 days to verify all this information before you can make a purchase also you can make payments through PP without having an account so why don't you have this option??

No, you can't make a payment without an account. If you don't want to pay with PayPal, get a Paysafecard.

@Hacksaw you no need verify account.. unverified account just limited.. verified PP acc. have larger monthly withdraw amount than unverified. ofc you can use an unverified PP acc. to receive or send money. You even can withdraw once per month without fee on unverified account. Thats all differences between verified or not accounts.

We disabled the option to pay with a credit card without paypal account. Because they were too many scam from stolen card.
