You can make a paypal account and transfer money from your bank to your paypal account, so you can pay then ;)

Then you did anything wrong when you wanted to transfer money from your bank. Dont know what exactly you did wrong.

some ppl told me that you can fake your age while making a paypal account by filling in your age is 18 but i live in holland and it doesnt ask for your age so my age will be automatically revealed because they can check it with my adress and name
