My question is, i have paid with paysafecard, how long will it take to be accepted and i will get access?

PSC payment is instant.. if your payment passed you got PM about purchase product.. if something was wrong then your PSC ballance will credited back in few hours

Ok? so something went wrong i guess, so should i try again or?

has this something to do because of the "german paysafecard ..." (where you have 2 psc`s)? But im not german im austrian
