If I buy the cheat can I change the menu opening key? if yes which key can i select?

Before that I buy the cheat I would like to know which keys I can bind to open my menu, I want to be sure that I won't open it by minstake

The menu keys aren't default or most used keys, so don't worry. :)

You can rebind it to any key on your keyboard.

Okay last thing

As I can see here http://i62.tinypic.com/awuyaq.jpg there is the "Disable" Button, i would like to know what does it do

So if I press the menu key while the cheat is "disabled" it won't open? If yes what about if I have Aimbot and I press "disable", will I still have it? The point is that I need to use the cheat without having ANY visuals or watermarks on my screen, I just need aimbot and I am scared to press by minstake the menu key

It will open it. The disable button only disables all visuals (and aimbot for some games). In CSGO for example you can use the aimbot still with all visuals disabled. For CSGO you can remove the menukey completely. It all depends on what game you want to cheat in (they aren't all the same).

It disables the visuals, the aimbot and triggerbot stay enabled(on that cheat).

In APB you can't. You can only change it based on the list JohnnyWalker posted.
