CoD MW2 Singleplayer Trainer Ban?

Hi @ all,
i have a very stupid question.
Can i get banned if i use a Trainer for the Singleplayer like Godmode or No Reload?

The SinglePlayer doesn't use any ACTool, so there is no chance of a ban ;)

But xInstantHook not works wie the mw2singleplayer.exe because it waits to start the multiplayer.exe

No not i dont want do use xIH because it wouldn't work.
I never said that i want to use the xIH.
