Dont have access to any VIP Support section anymore

i just wanted to take a look at the BF4 support section,
but I dont have permissions to enter the category. I bought the xPackage with all cheats.

I was able to enter it ~20 minutes ago.
How can this be?

When I login to the website it tells me, that I have no subscriptions.
