Pay with PSC and an Server Fail

I´m new. I´ve paid a CSGO Month for 15€ I choose Paysafecard in Euro.
After Payment there was a Server Fail but the Money debited.
Sorry my english are not so good,
What should I do now? waiting for the Software?

obviously your payment not passed thru automated system.. you're not customer (check your PSC balance in 1-2hrs) unsuccessful payment will credited back to PSC

Yes, but before you do that. Clean your temp files and your browser cache. To be sure, restart your router/modem. That should fix any hassle within the caching system.
