Upgrade Subscription?

I just got xradar for mw2 to try out and i like it but i think i want more, much much more! so, now i am considering upgrading to xpackage.
is there any upgrading scheme for this?

yes the main pages still have to be slightly edited but the staff/admins are busy dealing with everything at the moment.
