No subscriptions???

I bought a LIFETIME subscription (99 euros) and now for some reason its telling me I have no subscriptions?
I have all the information about the transaction if an admin wants to contact me about it. It was working fine up until today.

I don't really understand why this is going on, I don't want to believe this is deliberate but it's hard not to when my posts seem to be getting deleted. If this is deliberate what do you really gain from taking my money and revoking my service? Is it really arduous to provide me with the ability to log in and use the services I paid for? Does it help to have less people accessing the servers to log in? I really just do not understand what is going on, my apologies if this isn't deliberate but I'm sure you can see why I would consider that being the case.

You shouldn't accuse us of stuff we didn't do. Your post weren't approved, and Deadfreak555 has access to PayPal and he saw that you did a reversal.

Taking a screenshot before doing a reversal and then pretending you did no such thing, i find very fraudulent. If you keep up that behavior we won't ever want you as a customer. As i explained i already see a reversal on file. If you honestly are being truthful (which seems highly unlikely) you should handle your issue with PayPal and not with us. There is nothing we have to do on our end as everything is automated. You have payment issues, you contact your payment processor which is PayPal.

I've already contacted PayPal to see if it just wasn't coming up on my end. The response was that no, that payment had NOT been refunded. I'm starting to get really agitated because now not only am I being fucked out of $100+ now you're trying to call ME the liar. Based on that remark alone I'm almost fairly certain you're trying to turn this around because you know you guys are the ones at fault. I'm going to take legal action if something isn't fucking done about this.

Dude, If PayPal said there was No refund and You really think Your being Fucked, Then Just tell PayPal that You have a dispute and they will Stop the payment anyhow.
But seriously these people have never done any sort of thing like this to anybody in all the years they have been here and I highly doubt their going to Start with You lol.

There was an Unauthorized Claims opened the 31th Dec. And the payment has been refunded by us.
If the money isn't back on paypal, it will be back on your bank account directly.
