Overwatch is a peer to peer anti-cheat / banning system that works by having other human players spectate you and check your gameplay for any fishy actions / moves. If they sense proof that you're cheating, they vote yes and you get banned. Getting banned / Convicted by overwatch leads to an untrusted account ban. There are many legit settings / functions on this cheat to prevent bans. The VAC detection is undetected for 13 months now, which is phenomenal for VAC
