PayPal Payment doesnt work

Yo, I'm trdying to buy a hack using paypal, I'm verfied and all that, and I've got more than enough money...
However, I'm getting this error "We can not process your payment using your PayPal account right now. Go back to the merchant's website and try another payment method (if any).
Is this problem on your end or am I the only one who got this problem?

It happens when Paypal thinks you are not the owner of the paypal account.
Maybe you use a proxy or something.
