Problems with web.de

Hey,
I heard that web.de got problems with recieving emails from x22. My old account got hacked, and I wanted to reset my pw, but i couldnt because of these problems. Today i called the support and they said, that the admin have to solve this problem, because x22 maybe broke some rules of web.de with sending emails. The support said I can not solve this problem, and like i said, someone of the team should call the support to solve this. I would realy appreciate it, because i want my old account back :/

you have the transaction ID of your last payment of the old acc? (as a proof)

it was in 2011/12, just have some screens but with hidden name and register email

not sure if it was paypal or psc, i could look it up if you tell me the paypal name, where the money is sent to
