GTA 5 Cheat still undetected ?

Hello x22 i am intrested in gta5 cheat, but i am scary if i will get banned if i use this cheat. Is this hack still undetected with newest patch , or this date!?

iam still using it and nothing so far but i think u have to care about using it online and ppl see u and report u just try to hide it :P
