Problem with debit card and paypal

Hello people of cheating,

Could any mod help me with this issue i am having?I really want to buy a x22 for csgo but i can't link my bank account with paypal.I neither can't link my mastercard to paypal.I tried this on both of my paypal accounts.Can maybe some admin or mod help me with this?Maybe if giving you my card information could transfer 15 euros from me directly?Dunno if that even can happen..i am so high right no. :rockon:
