Can't purchase with debit on your site

Hey,

I wanted to try a new cheat, but I can't purchase with debit on your site anymore.
I'm not sure if debit is the correct word. What I mean is that I can't pay with paypal when paypal should take the money from my bank account.

Only when I try to buy something on this website (worked in january 2016) I'm only able to buy something with credit card?
Is this new or do just paypal sucks?
