I was looking for a h1z1 cheat and couldn't find any updated so I went over to x22 and found out that it's updated here so I bought it.
Probably the best cheat for this game I've used, I had some other in the beginning of h1z1 but didn't like it.
Aimbot - Does what it's supposed to do and I have no complaints.
ESP - Works very well, I'm using it for weapon and items in the beginning but turning it off when I have everything I need and only using player/car esp.
Other features - Norecoil and nospread works perfect and I love it, tried teleport on another account and it got banned so I would not recommend teleport.
I would recommend x22 over any other hacks imo, updated and works well.
