i have reinstall windows and even formatted my hard drive but yet when i try planetside (daybreak games free game) i reinstall it and sign into a new account it starts up then i close it and start it up again and sign in and bang your banned ? is there any other way they can detect me

yeah i did as im using a vpn and its still a insta ban but i dont think my hwid is changing when i format my hard drive and re install windows. will changing any pc parts in my laptop change my hwid
