Dear x22 staffs,

First of all I want to apologize for my poor english.
I bought x22 life time licence long time ago (about 5-7 years ago) and today I just got permanently banned for having wireshark open for personal use. I had no intention to read x22 client packets and had no harmful intention toward x22 softwares. At first I had no idea why I got banned until I pm a moderator and ask him why or what happen. I just felt like I had done nothing wrong and I was not aware that I was not allow to have certain software open. Wireshark was already open for 2 days and I was using it for some other personal project. I am the original owner and buyer of this account, I be able to pull out the transaction from paypal archive if needed, if a date (month/years) would be provide to me it will be easier for me to find it inside the paypal archieve.

I erased the name of the moderator, I am not here to create drama and I understand that he might be limited on this subject or w.e. it is.

Pm Deadfreak555. He decides if you get unbanned or not.
In general, its your own fault and you won't get unbanned (sorry to say it like that). But again, thats up to Deadfreak555.

Thank you for the reply,

I understand why those software can harm x22 but I never was aware of such rules and I never expected that coming. I personally never seen anything or heard something about it (now that I am ban I can't really go and check the private section without re buying a new subscription). I just came on the forum and download the client login and just expect to be hacking the next minute after. I have tons of software open and they all have an utility to me. I don't hack often and not for a long time either, I been some years without touching it. Let me just tell you that as a customer, this rule was not obvious, not that I am against it but that I am not aware of it and I paid the consequences.

Anyway Thank you for the reply, I will send a PM to Deadfreak555 and link him to this thread and hope to get everything sorted out.

Thank You,
TheUnknow

The system is called the "Anti-Leak protection" and it's listed in each sales thread. Obviously from the name alone it would indicate leaking of the cheat, cracking, etc. Running such software as the one you ran can clearly be used to sniff packets and figure out how our program works. It's just common sense and if you use such software you should have known. It's not something any regular customer would run into. Anyway as for your issue, i have unbanned you, but if it happens again the ban will remain. We don't like to jeopardize our customers security, simply because some people such as yourself like to fiddle around with software that could potentially harm us. Hope you understand.

Just don't do it again, or you'll remain banned the next time.
